I created this colored pencil piece from the memories I had from college in Florida. I loved how the humidity made colors bolder, and the evening breeze would float through the palms.

I grew up with a Blue Star in our kitchen widow. It meant that I had a family member serving in the US Military. I was proud to grow up a Military Brat, and created this watercolor as a tribute to those who had sacrificed everything for Americans.
